How does the delivery process work?

 

  • Once we receive your order, We immediately start manufacturing your ordered products.

  • After your ordered phone covers are manufactured, the covers are inspected by our 3 step QC Team thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.

  • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

  • We prepare, manufacture, pack, and ship your order to the courier partners within 24 hours. Also, we always try to ship the orders through fastest available courier service available at your Pin code.

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

​

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with the details of the tracking number and tracking URL.

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

What is the estimated delivery time?

​

We usually dispatch most orders within 24 hours from our warehouse. After the order is dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 2-3 days in the metro cities, and takes around 5 days in non-metro cities. 

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility For Exchange / Replacement

If your are not happy with our product we can offer you a 7 days exchange on all products.

  • Exchange should be requested within 7 Days of delivering the product. Email us at support@ClickCase.in with a small 10-20 sec video containing product issues.

  • The product should be in intact condition (As it was delivered to you).

  • The product should not be used.

  • The protective film should not be removed.

  • Order ID & Invoice should be available.

  • Exchange will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.

 

Eligibility For Refund

We offer 3 Days Return/Refund on all products.

​

Refund should be requested within 3 Days of delivering the product. Email us at support@clickcase.in with a small 10-20 sec video containing product issues.

​

  • The product should be in intact condition (As it was delivered to you).

  • The product should not be used.

  • The protective film should not be removed.

  • Order ID & Invoice should be available.

  • Refund will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.

  • Refund amount will be transferred within 4-5 days after clearing the quality check process.

  • In case of COD orders, the amount will be refunded after deducting COD charges.
